The Human Resource Frame The Human Resource Frame of an organization highlights the relationship between people and organizations. When people feel well aligned with their organization, they are more motivated and dedicated to the success of the organization. Top leaders of the organization need to express care and appreciation for the workers and encourage compassionate and caring middle managers. When people are satisfied and enjoy their work, the organization benefits from their energy and talent. However, if the people are unsatisfied with their work, they withdraw, resist, or rebel from the organization. This creates a lose-lose situation for the people and for the organization. Fortunately, progressive organizations can utilize a multitude of “high-involvement” strategies for improving HR, (Bolman and Deal, 2017. Pg. 156). Human Resource Case Analysis
Reflection Organizations need people and people need organizations. They are co-dependent. Everyone benefits more when the people and the organization are well aligned. The people are more satisfied in their role and the organization benefits from their talent and energy, (Bolman and Deal, 2017. Pg. 113). Basic Human Resource Strategies are helpful when determining the needs of the organization and the needs of the people. Being able to identify which strategy correlates with my situation has helped me determine the correct path for action.
